Multi Point Aspirator

Multi point aspiration column design provides a superior method of separating fines from free flowing granular material. The material is dropped in a free-fall vertical flow path into an opposing upward air stream to suspend the fines in the air stream for removal to the collection system.

Salient Features:

• High capacity multi pass aspirator.
• The cleaning process takes place as the product enters the aspiration columns and is contacted by an airflow which removes light fines, straw, hulls, etc.
• The cleaned product falls through the aspiration column, which by its design expands the product stream allowing for more efficient cleaning.
• The aspirated light materials are sucked through the aspiration column and discharged to an outside collection system ,which may include cyclone and blower unit.
